Biography:

Hailing from the UK, emerging dance music artist Kapera (a.k.a Oliver Leonard) has not been in the music scene for long, but he smashed into it in January 2019 with his debut single ‘Easy’ alongside Tritonal and Ryann. He initially caught their ear with his captivating melodies, engaging chords and highly-energetic, upbeat music; and upon his first release, he gathered over two-million Spotify streams, capturing the ear of many listeners all over the world by then. Following this, he subsequently signed with Tritonal’s record label Enhanced Recordings and continued to develop and create music alongside them.

Fast forward throughout 2019, and his music has garnered copious amounts of support. He opened ILLENIUM’s sold-out London headline show at Heaven nightclub in July, he had two of his songs showcased to 40,000 attendees at EDC Las Vegas on the kineticFIELD stage (‘Drop The Pressure’ edit and ‘Easy’), and has had his music supported from many other highly accredited acts such as Nicky Romero, Don Diablo, Brooks, R3HAB, Cash Cash, Lucas & Steve, Sam Feldt, and many more.

His music has been featured on multiple editorial playlists such as Spotify’s Dance Rising, mint Canada, Friday Cratediggers, New Dance Beats, as well as Apple’s danceXL, Global Dance and Breaking Dance playlists. It has also featured on Proximity’s and xKito Music’s YouTube channels and has gathered support from blogs such as Dancing Astronaut, EDM.com, EDMTunes, CULTR, Earmilk, and many more.

He may be new on the scene, but he’s one to watch for the future.
